Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, business name, email, phone, and the details you give us about your website (pages, goals, content you provide). If you create an account, your password is stored only as a one-way hash. We also keep the messages you send us through our forms, chat and client portal.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe tells us the result of your checkout and the details you entered there (such as your name, business name, phone and current website) so we can start your design.
How we use it
To build and run your website, to communicate with you about your project, and to provide the updates and support included in your service. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run your site (for example hosting, payments and email delivery), and only the parts they need.
Your choices
Ask us any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of your intake and account data through our contact form. Marketing email always carries a way to opt out, and opting out never affects your service.
