Terms of Service
The offer
One plan: your first month is free, then $10/month with hosting included, until you cancel. There are no packages, no tiers, no page caps and no limited slots.
Billing
Checkout and billing are handled securely by Stripe. First month free. A card is needed to start, and you won't be charged until day 31. Cancel anytime before then. From day 31 you are billed $10/month until you cancel.
Refunds
Refunds: if you ask within 7 days of a monthly charge, we'll refund that month. Cancel anytime and you won't be billed again.
How we work
Demo first: we build your site as a working demo and you approve it. Before launch you can rebuild it as often as you like. Your site goes live after you finalize your design. After launch, post changes in your client portal: edits are done in a day or less, with as many changes as you want.
Your content
You keep ownership of the words, images and materials you provide, and you give us permission to use them on your website. You are responsible for having the right to use what you send us. Your site is yours: you can download your files and your database at any time.
Service
We host and maintain your site on our servers as part of the $10/month service. If we ever change these terms, we will state the change in writing before it applies to you.
